Vieques

We're having a wonderful time in Vieques. Our house is huge, it has a pool, a relaxing deck and a view of the beach that is to die for. In fact, there is a path that leads out to the ocean so it's only about a 30 second walk to the water. The past couple days have been stormy... at least it's a tropical stormy! So far we've built a sand castle, had a guacamole contest, shopped in Esperanza, opened presents, kayak'd in the BioBay and had plenty of fantastic dinners prepared by Chef Laura!

Today is our anniversary and the family made us breakfast in bed. Brought it into us with candles and a card - what a nice way to wake up! Not sure what else we'll be doing to celebrate the anniversary and New Year. Ethan's got something up his sleeve... he knows I love a good surprise.

Merry Christmas everyone!

This year Ethan and I (along with the rest of the Foulkes crowd) will be celebrating the holiday and our anniversary in Vieques, Puerto Rico!

Graduation

I now have my CNA certificate. Here's a few pics from the graduation. We celebrated afterward, but I'm not sure why... I still have to pass my state boards then start applying for the RN program!

Guess it's just the tip of the iceberg!
